At Glamour Boutique, we take pride in delivering premium preserved floral arrangements designed to last 1–3 years.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible non-customized items.
To qualify for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition
- Item must be returned in original packaging
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Please include your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Customized products
- Gift cards
- Final sale items
- Items damaged after delivery due to improper handling
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include your order number and photos of the item.
Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. Approved returns must be returned first, and a new order can then be placed.
Marketplace Orders
Orders placed through Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, or other third-party marketplaces are subject to that marketplace’s return policies.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
